Staff Wellbeing Programs
Golden Yoga offers a variety of programs to support staff and promote wellbeing in the workplace.
All programs are designed to enhance greater physical and mental health, emotional wellbeing, social connection and personal growth.
Our Staff Wellbeing Programs are tailored to your organisation and the specific needs of your team.
In all organisations staff experience varying degrees of stress, overwhelm and risk of burnout. A corporate wellbeing program provides staff with tools to manage their stress levels, and to improve their physical and mental health.
The Golden Yoga team of facilitators are highly trained in multiple modalities. They are experienced in introducing somatic-based, trauma informed practices into a corporate environment, and guiding people with different levels of experience and physical ability.
Services
Movement, Breath-work and Meditation Classes
Classes cater for beginners to advanced students, and modified for those with physical limitations.
Options include single, monthly, fortnightly or weekly sessions for staff, ranging in duration, and facilitated online or in-person.
Golden Yoga teachers are fully insured, highly qualified and certified in first aid.
Session types include:

Quick Breather – 15 minute meditation class designed to calm the mind, relax the body and settle the nervous system.

Stretch Express – 30 minute yoga class aimed to energise, stretch and restore focus.

Stress Relieving Stretch – 50 minute yoga class combining dynamic movement, stretching and meditation.

Breathe to Relieve – 50 minutes of gentle stretching, breathing exercises, mindfulness techniques, relaxation and meditation.
Wellness Seminars
Golden Yoga facilitators are available to present to management or staff on topics such as Work-Life Balance, Nutrition, Stress Management and Living a Positive Life.
Meditation or stretching can be incorporated into staff meetings and
corporate events. These can be a lively and fun team-building activity, and
a healthy way to take a break and refocus.
Healthy Living Communication
Written content development for staff communication newsletter or
intranet, with practical tips on topics such as healthy eating, stretching at
the desk, breathing for stress relief and preventing neck strain or back
pain.

Corporate Retreats and Conferences
Golden Yoga facilitators can present at or arrange your organisation’s retreat, and facilitate sessions at conferences.

Learn simple and effective techniques to settle and calm the mind, improve focus, relax and manage anxiety during the work day, through breathing techniques, movement and mindfulness.
The Golden Yoga Story
Rachel Goldenberg founded Golden Yoga in 2017, following a successful career as a Marketing and Communications Manager. and in-house Wellbeing Manager.
In introducing movement and mindfulness practices into the pressures of her workplace, Rachel observed first-hand the positive benefits that participants experienced.
She trained with some of the worlds leading teachers in hatha, vinyasa, yin and restorative yoga, mat pilates, myofascial release, meditation, breath work, mat pilates, yoga for menopause, lymphatic self-massage and yoga nidra. Rachel hasgathered a small team of Melbourne's most experienced facilitators to bring mindful and accessible practices into the workplace.
Golden Yoga’s corporate clients have included Link Financial Services, Lululemon Head Office, Chisholm Institute, Preshil Margaret Little Memorial School and Mount Scopus Secondary College.
